Insurance (EMS / Air Parcel)

Please refer to the details below to add insurance coverage to your parcel as needed. (Please note that insurance is mandatory for all EMS parcels shipped to Australia.)

The basic insured amount is HKD 500 (insurance fee: HKD 10). For every additional HKD 500 of coverage, an extra insurance fee of HKD 5 will apply.

Please make sure to add the “Basic Insurance Amount (Required)” option to your cart first, then add the corresponding number of “Additional Insurance Amount” options based on your order value.

Example:

If your order value is HKD 2,500, please add the following options to your cart together with the product:

• “Basic Insurance Amount (Required)” ×1 (equivalent to HKD 500 coverage)
• “Additional Insurance Amount” ×4 (equivalent to HKD 2,000 coverage)

Total insurance fee payable: HKD 30.
