Returns & Exchanges

Except in cases of defective items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

The following conditions are not considered defects:

Color differences, minor scratches, natural variations in the color, texture, and size of gemstones or pearls, as well as size discrepancies within ±5mm.

If the item is found to be defective, please submit a request and return the item within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returned items must be kept in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or use. If your order included any complimentary gifts, they must also be returned together with the item.
